Product Warranty, Safety & Limitation of Liability
Limited Warranty
Beast Hack provides a limited two-year warranty on its permanent hitting stations against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Chipped, scratched, or faded powder-coated finishes are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under this warranty.
Consumable & Wear Items: No Warranty
Ball assemblies (baseball, softball, and pickleball) and swivel bearings are consumable wear items. These components have no warranty of any kind. They are designed to wear with regular use and may be damaged or destroyed if not used, maintained, or stored properly. Replacement of these items is the responsibility of the end user.
Safety Requirements & Recommendations
Beast Hack hitting stations are high-performance training tools that involve moving parts and swinging implements. We strongly recommend that every Beast Hack hitting station be used with a proper safety barrier net or batting cage netting.
Beast Hack products are use-at-your-own-risk training equipment. All users, especially youth athletes, must be under appropriate adult supervision at all times. Users should wear suitable safety equipment and follow all installation and usage instructions provided with the product.
Warranty Voidance
Any warranty claim will be void if Beast Hack determines that the product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or has been used in a manner inconsistent with the instructions and intended purpose of the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beast Hack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use its products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits.
Assumption of Risk
By using Beast Hack products, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in training with swinging implements and moving parts. Proper adult supervision, use of safety equipment (including barrier nets), and adherence to all instructions are required at all times.

All Beast Hack permanent products are designed, engineered, and manufactured in the United States of America. Some accessories and portable products may be imported.
